Surcharge for single occupancy of double room:
25% to 50% of the room rate depending on the season

Short-Stay Surcharge:
up to 3 nights  € 10,-- per person/ day

When booking room with breakfast only € 20,-- is deducted from the half-board price; breakfast only when booking a half-board package results in
a € 10,-- discount, as does any short-notice cancellation of dinner.

Dogs: € 38 charge for final cleaning of the room.  Pets may not enter the restaurant.

Bathrobe & Towels are free of charge during your stay

On your arrival day your room is available for check-in after 3:00 p.m.

On your departure day we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.  We also request that you pay your final bill on the evening prior to departure.

Our half board begins on arrival day with an afternoon buffet and ends on departure day with a breakfast buffet.

Deposit:
The booking for which you receive our written confirmation, only becomes guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to € 250 per room.  This deposit can be charged to your credit card (we accept MasterCard and Visa), or you can transfer the amount to our account at the Sparkasse Schwaz, IBAN AT022051000500500285 / BIC SPSCAT21

Room Requests:
We make every effort to ensure you get your preferred room, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Early Departure, Delayed Arrival or Cancellation:
Within 2 weeks of your scheduled arrival day, you will be charged 70% of the room rate.  With respect to cancellations - 6 weeks prior to arrival, your deposit will be transferred back to you.  After this date - from 6 to 2 weeks prior to arrival, you will receive a credit slip which is redeemable within one year - after this date, your deposit is forfeited.

Holiday cancellation insurance can also be purchased through the hotel at the time you make your deposit.  Our price is € 20 per person for the entire length of the stay.

In all other instances, Austrian Federal Hotel Guidelines will apply.  We draw your attention to the fact that some services may be changed or cancelled completely due to seasonal or weather conditions.
