A very special Time
Summer in our untamed and romantic high valley is a very special time of year. The clear mountain air, the pure spring waters and the lush green of the meadows all speak for themselves.
Central Hikingservice
- 4 x weekly we offer guided tours with Helmut or with our hiking guide. Do you prefer a leisurely pace, or are you looking for slightly more athletic challenges? Whatever your mood or physical condition, you can choose between a variety of different "difficulty levels". These tours last around 3 to 5 hours.
- Free borrow of backpacks, hiking poles, hiking maps, canteens and hiking boots.
- Providing free bus to all the trail heads for hikes and mountain tours between Finkenberg and Hintertux.
On guided walks occasionally taxi costs when starting or pickup will be charged pro rata.
MOUNTAIN-BIKE EXCURSIONS
A variety of bike makes are available for you for a fee. 1 x per week we organize a special tour (an additional expense may be incurred). We would be glad to give you tips on the most rewarding destinations and the most beautiful bike routes. And of course, you will also find a secure place to store your own bicycle.
MOUNTAIN BREAKFAST AT THE HILL FARM
Once every two weeks we go up to the mountains for breakfast (depends on the weather conditions!)
After a beautiful sunrise tour, or to charge your batteries before setting out, what better than breakfast at a hill farm. Always a unique experience and the food has never tasted better.
CANYONEERING THROUGH THE ZEMMSCHLUCHT
An experience not to be missed for adventure-hungry visitors. You will make your way over rocky terrain and through crystal-clear mountain waters, as you navigate this 100 metres-deep natural gorge.
EVENING HIKE TO A FUN-FILLED COUNTRY GET-TOGETHER
Our so-called "hut evenings" are truly unforgettable, featuring tasty Tyrolean grill platters, coleslaw and grandma's fruit cake. The occasional glass of schnapps and traditional music from Franz and Willi only add to the entertainment and the great atmosphere.
