Evening on our alpine hut


This week we had a wonderful, traditional hut evening spent on our own hut. The Tiroler Gröstl, which was freshly prepared on the fire-fired oven, good Tyrolean music and with the best mood, we celebrated deep into the night.


At 18:30 we went to our hut by taxi. Chef Helmut Kreidl and junior chef Lisa Kreidl have catered for the guests' wellbeing. Highlight: The Tyrolean traditional dish "Gröstl" prepared with the fire-fired oven. Fried potatoes with bacon, parsley, onion, finalized with a fried egg.

The Tux band "Sunny-Boys" provided musical entertainment. The mood was incredible. At about 23:00 we went by taxi back to the hotel.
