Funslope Hintertux

The new Funslope Hintertux is going to make adventures happen at Sommerbergalm at 2100 metres. A huge eight-shaped element made of snow and many more exciting fun-features are guaranteeing a special thrill for the whole family. Especially on February 28, 2017 we expect a lot of smiling faces during the Funslope Photo Quest.

The adventure starts from the Sommerbergalm at 2100 metres above sea level with a speedboost with turbo noises, getting all the skiers and snowboarders in the right mood to master the course. It doesn’t matter if you are young by age or young at heart, everybody is guaranteed to have a great time, and the course gets more exciting with each meter. Next up is an eight-shaped element: a monstrous snow feature which resembles a lying eight, with two optional courses with several snow tunnels to cross over or pass through - one of the first ever built in Europe. But no matter which way you choose, it’s the right one towards the next fun feature, the notorious giant fun twister!

The finish section of the course rounds the thrill off – two wave tracks with different obstacles guide you to the finish line. After a small jump, the left course leads you to 4 big waves while the right course is a mix of diverse small and big waves, followed by a rainbow box and a nerve-wracking crossing of a bridge. At the end Slopy, the Funslope dweller, welcomes you with open arms – go get your well-deserved high five!

However, one single run through the Funslope will in most cases not be enough to explore all the possibilities and satisfy your need for adrenaline. Luckily, the Tuxerjoch chairlift is bringing you quick and comfortable back to the starting gate. Enjoy the lift ride by looking at other guests snowy adventures or planning your next route.
