Lu Jong - Tibetan Healing Yoga is the oldest Tibetan movement teaching, based on Tibetan medicine and Buddhist philosophy. These physical exercises have an effect on the spine and can counteract damage caused by incorrect posture, tension or sitting for too long, especially suitable for people under stress. The five basic exercises also have a balancing effect on the mind and can promote concentration, calm and composure.
You will receive instructions and the training to perform these 5-element exercises independently at home afterwards. Participation in this programme is included in the price and is suitable for all age groups, regardless of physical ability and easy to learn.

Meditation also calms the mind and gently opens the heart. It teaches us how to let go and stay in the middle of change. It generates the power of the now, the simple, the present.
During the day it is recommended to participate together in the exercise and activity programme with guided walks and bike tours of the hotel.
